Hello, I’m Tonya—the virtual assistant behind Simply Tonya VA.

After 33 rewarding years as an elementary school teacher in Greenwood, Indiana, I retired with a heart full of gratitude, creativity, and a passion for helping others. While I loved making a difference in the classroom, I was ready for a new chapter—one that allows me to spend more time with my family, especially my two grandchildren while continuing to use my skills in meaningful ways.

Throughout my teaching career, organization, communication, problem-solving, and managing countless responsibilities were second nature. Those same skills now allow me to support busy entrepreneurs by taking administrative tasks off their plates so they can focus on growing their businesses.

I believe every business owner deserves the freedom to work on what they do best without feeling overwhelmed by the day-to-day details. That's where I come in.

As the founder of Simply Tonya VA, my mission is to simplify your workload, bring order to your business, and help you reclaim your time. I also have a passion for creativity and love finding new ideas and solutions that help businesses run more smoothly and efficiently.

When I'm not supporting clients, you'll most likely find me making memories with my amazing family and two grandchildren, doing Pure Barre classes, floating in my twin sister’s pool, exploring new creative projects, or dreaming up fresh ideas to help others succeed.
